Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world and shipping costs vary depending on your location. We offer two shipping customer selectable options as follows.

Standard: This option is standard Air Mail and has no form of tracking and is used for most orders under a particular value. Deliver times can vary(Australia 2-7 days. International 2-3 weeks approximately).
(NOTE: In Australia once an orders reaches a particular value(in most cases between $100-150) we will automatically charge and send it Registered Post which requires a signature upon delivery.)

Express: This option is more expensive but gives you tracking and faster deliver(Australia 1-2 days. International 5-7 days).
NOTE: Express delivery doesn't mean processing is any faster, it just means once it is sent you will get it faster. Australian customers please note that Australia Post only guarantees next-day delivery to places within their express post network. Please see the Australia Post website for details.

Delivery and Order Processing Time

Order Processing: Office processing generally takes 48-72 hours and is done on a "first come first served bases". Selecting express shipping will not allow you to jump the que. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the next Monday.
Australian Delivery Time:
To most areas 3-5 business days once the order has left our office. Please note this is an estimate and can vary depending on location & Australia Post work load. Our Office processing generally takes 2 days, we try to get your order packed as quickly as possible. In total please allow 7-8 days for your order to arrive.
International Delivery Time: To most countries 10-14 business days once order has left our office. Please note this is an estimate, due to customs & and other reasons International deliveries can take up to 30 days on some occasions. Our Office processing generally takes 2 days, we try to get your order packed as quickly as possible. In total please allow 12-16 days for your order to arrive.
International Express delivery is an option but you will need to contact us as this can be expensive.
Customs & Duty charges: International customers please note that our shipping charges do not include any charges that your country may charge for Import Duty and Customs handling charges. Please contact your Customs office for details.  
Correct Address: Before you place your order please make sure you have inputted your delivery address correctly and in English, we are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or missing delivery information.

### CHRISTMAS SHIPPING ###

Please note that Christmas the postal service will start getting very busy and delays can be expected. If you which to place an order and receive it before Christmas, please take note of the following.

International Customers: To receive your order before Christmas place your order 6-8 weeks(Standard Mail) and 2-3 weeks(Express).

Australian Customers: To receive your order before Christmas place your order 2-3 weeks(Standard Mail) and 1 week(Express)

These times may seem excessive but I just don't want you to miss out.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
